      SBS Lending was established on 29th September 2016 as an Australian Proprietary Limited Company to provide Asset finance

      and mortgage brokerage services.

• SBS Auditing Pty Ltd:

      SBS Auditing was established on 10th August 2017 as an Australian Proprietary Limited Company and registered as an

      Authorised Audit Company on 5th March 2018.
